The folks at Zopec are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their customer service is above and beyond expectations. I broke a connector part not under warranty connected to the end of a cord on the panel . I must have pulled the wire from the end plug in some way but they were there to save the day. I was able to talk directly to a technician who said while I could fix it by reconnecting the wire and explained the fix they said they would send me a replacement panel instead of making me do rhe fix. They sent it immediately 2 day express delivery. rushing it to us so we could continue off grid using our medical equipment. They truly care about their customers and their health. We can't express how grateful we are having purchased products from such a responsive, knowledgeable and caring company. They have helped us at 81 years old to keep traveling on the road in our RV with their products and help.
If we ever call with a question they cheerfully respond and help. Buying from this company truly has your back and is respectful of your health needs. We have bought solar panels, and batteries from them . They helped us select what was needed to run the Bipap and Oxygen concentrator off grid. Theses people are amazing and customer service of this high quality is unheard of in this day and age. I feel so fortunate that we found this company to help with our medical needs. I feel I can always call them for help . They always cheerfully answer our questions no matter how easy or complicated. They are truly special.

THE Zopec staff and customer service have been Outstanding. They helped us pick out what batteries and solar panels would work for our medical equipment. They researched our equipment and helped us select the right batteries and solar panels that would run our equipment off- grid ( when no electricity was available) We are running both our BiPap machine and home stationary oxygen concentrator. We have purchased solar panels ( Zopec Photon 100 and 200 panels as well as the batteries Zopec Explorer Oxygen ( for the Bipap) and Zopec Oxygen Pro 8XL battery (for the home oxygen Concentrator).
The customer service has been FABULOUS they are willing to talk to you about all aspects of using these batteries and panels. I cannot say enough great things about their customer service!!!! The people there really show they care while being extremely knowledgeable. They respond quickly and efficiently. Since we are in our late 70's and 80's we have seen lots of company's customer service and Zopec is at the TOP!! If you buy from them you will be truly supported with your medical needs!
